
Sony has some of the best laptops on the market under its VAIO brand. Sony products are not cheap by any means. While they are not in the range of let’s say Apple, Sony laptops are a bit more expensive than their counterparts. Sony netbooks are not different either. In general, you will have to pay 10% – 20% premium over other netbooks to get your hands on a Sony netbook. The good news is the latest generation Sony netbooks may be worth the investment. The battery life is significantly longer on these new netbooks, and you get the latest features such as N450 CPU and Windows 7 on these new models.

As you can tell, Sony’s latest netbook is more energy efficient and just as portable as its predecessor. It would have been nice to get double digits hours of battery life per charge, but we will probably have to wait for the next generation Sony netbook to see that happen. Still very solid netbook all around.
