Netbooks may be tiny, but they still heat up after a while. Heat is the enemy of electronics no matter how well they are built or which company is their manufacturer. Thankfully, there are plenty of netbook stands that will cool down your netbook and don’t cost you too much money. They don’t take away from your experience with your netbook either.
If your netbook heats up a lot, and you want to cool it down as much as possible, you should check out these cooling stands:

Bracketron LTM-204-BX Netbook Cooling Stand: not only cools your netbook down, but it helps you use your netbook without putting too much pressure on your back and body.

Cables Unlimted FANNBCOOL3 MiniFit Slate Netbook Cooler: it is made out of aluminum to offer better cooling. The fan is powered by USB. Very compact and great for travel.

Gear Head Dual-Cool Netbook Cooling Stand: a USB powered by quiet cooling stand for your netbook. It is slim and offers cable management.

Belkin Cooling Stand & Netbook Sleeve: talk about hitting two targets with one stone. It’s not only a nice carrying case, it also comes with a compact netbook cooler too.

Targus AWE23US Stow-N-Go Chill Mat: a USB powered cooling solution for laptops as large as 15.4 inches in screen size. Its height is adjustable. A super portable solution.

Netbook Cooling Pad with Fans: has two built-in fans that keep your netbook cooler. Runs with USB, so no need to carry an AC adapter with you.

PC Treasures Blast cooling station: supports multiple angles. It has stereo speakers as well. It’s not that bulky either.

ThermaPAK Laptop Cooling Heatshift Pad: does not use any fans to cool down your netbook. In certain situations, it could outperform regular netbook fans.

The first one is really an great option to go for.
The laptop cooling and a portable stand in one product would be nice.Rest of them are good and i think the first one would be more costlier than others.
These are really good accessories for laptops. Now a days the laptops are coming with the processor fan outlet at side edges than in base of laptop. This is why many modern day laptops don't need the cooling stands.
These are really useful tools, I just checked prices at Amazon and the cheapest on was just $12
